Well i finally decided to get a mac last friday, so ended up with a 2 cpu, xeon mac pro, the cpu meter looks so cool showing the 16 effective processors, (8 with hyerthreading), add to that the 8gb memory, and the ati 4870 graphics card this baby flies. so now all the you tube videos are going to have stuff added while i fgure out how to work it and find mroe things.
Apple really impressed me i ordered it on the firday, expecting 3 weeks delivery and the monday was the email your beast is in the post. two days later the delivery man struggled with its weight. its a bit strange getting used to after years of PC;s and some unix, but after using it windows sucks!!!!
I'll also put windows on, but found out i need vista ultimate or business to support 2 CPUS so thats coming. be interesting to comapre the two on the same hardware.
more you tube videos, now doing them in HD, the camera ones are full HD 1080i and i couldnt even play them on the old machine never mind
